[Midwinter] Call for Artistsby =Deus-Nocte

Just made a couple posters to put up in school, so I thought I'd publicize them a bit and open up applications to DA!

We're also looking for a team member to add into our fold of Midwinter production (and by extension, ReVision Studios). We want someone who is willing to get into the project and be passionate about being part of a manga or comic. Primarily, this person's job would be to help me with backgrounds by doing the footwork like figuring out perspective and drawing both establishing shots and scenery behind characters. I am open both to people who embellish their backgrounds and those who can just hammer out the basics. Because I fiddle a lot with urban areas and have to be a perfectionist about everything, it's a huge time waster on my end, so I would even consider someone who does the basic shapes and is good with perspective and scale. It all depends on how much you, as the applicant, want to be involved!

Though only sketches for this job are necessary, someone who is up to inking their work in a clean and semi-detailed fashion would be bonus points <3

Also, please keep in mind that for this position, you may be asked to fill in for random miscellaneous tasks on each page depending on everyone's role at that moment. This can include, but is not limited to: inking, toning, black fills, lettering, and bubbles.

Payment will be on a per page basis to be discussed individually. All I ask is that you bear in mind we are a company in early start up, so the beginning wages won't be as great as they will be in the future, but we're hoping you'll be in it for more than just the money!

This project will be starting sometime in the coming spring or summer, with the pilot's deadline in October. So please, please be ready to dedicate time to it during that time frame if you apply!

If anyone is a part of any clubs geared towards finding artists jobs, backgrounds, or anything in that vein, don't be afraid to invite this piece into it!
