First part of my Drawing for Electronic Media final, complete!
We decided on a group project inspired by Mortal Kombat and other fighting side-scrollers. So, we had to design and draw a character in a fighting pose and create a background for them, which would be their "home turf".
Naturally, I chose Nox, and wanted him to be casting a spell. He uses water a lot, so I went with that.
The outfit... I was just playing around with that one. It's a design I thought about using for his squad uniforms, but decided on the other one. I might still use this for something else in the story, but for now, Nox is just modeling it.
Downloaded the beta of CS6 a week or so ago, and I'm absolutely loving it. The painting tools top Sai's, so I'll definitely be milking that while I have it. It was fun to experiment with brushes on this one.
Anyway, next up is the background; I'll post that when I'm done, as well. Enjoy!

wow you did it again great circle, i love the shine in the boots and that soft texture of the clothes and the hair, just a little bit more work on the skin on the face for making a great sub realistic style almost like 3d
