3rd Art trade! This time it's

's OC, Koka. c:

He has a power that (shoots?) electronic impulses from his palms, and she wasn't sure exactly how to visualize it--so I gave it a shot. I have no idea if this is what she had in mind, but I hope I was kinda close! |D;;

I used a Vivid light and Hard light layer and made a round, soft ball with a light (but saturated) blue. I used a cyan color on a normal layer to create the burst and electricity up his arm, then put it on opacity lock and highlighted parts of it. Don't know how that method would look with full color, though. Might have to play with it.

Anyway, I hope you like it! Enjoy~ Another fun one to draw.
